Measurement of Success

Character GPS believes in measuring results of the program according to professional education standards in order to verify effectiveness and provide input for continuous improvement.

As an example, we have third party educators observe our workshops and evaluate what they see. The survey report below comes from a recent observation of one of our workshops by seven individuals who are teaching professionals.

They evaluated the program on nine different observable goals on a scale where the maximum rating is 6.0. In this case, the overall average rating was 5.9.
